Terms of use
By using this website you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
What this website is
This website gives information about Uncollege and how to send us a video. It is not professional advice.
Coaching is not therapy
Free coaching conversations with Colin Beavan are coaching. They are not therapy, counselling, medical care or crisis support, and they don’t replace any of those. If you’re in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country. In the US, call or text 988. In the UK and Ireland, call Samaritans on 116 123. Elsewhere, you can find a local helpline at findahelpline.com.
Your videos and messages
What you send us stays yours. Emailing us a video gives us permission to watch it, keep it and use it to run this project, as described in our privacy policy. It does not give us permission to publish it. We’ll ask for your informed agreement before anything is published.
Our content
The words, design and other material on this website belong to Uncollege unless it says otherwise. You’re welcome to link to it. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking.
Links to other websites
We link to websites we don’t run, such as Colin Beavan’s. We’re not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Accuracy and changes
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s always complete. We may change or remove content, and these terms, at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for loss that arises from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or our liability for anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts can decide any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
